The pandemic was depressing People were thrown into the depths of boredom  and loneliness as we navigated the uncertainty of living in quarantine. It made me appreciate the little things. We took for granted so many people and situations. I missed seeing my sisters, we would only be able to interact online. It wasn’t the same. The harsh reality is that life will throw us curve balls when we least expect them. But, it made me appreciate so many people in my life!

One thing the pandemic taught me is to take the time to spend time with your loved ones and cherish your memories with them 💕

I learned to put myself first, and that every feeling whether it be negative or positive, is always right. Your wants and needs are valid. Help yourself first before you help the passenger next to you, right?

One thing the pandemic has taught me is that I should learn to branch myself out to new experiences and how to depend on myself more often. After finding out about ΕΣΦ in the pandemic, I became more confident and have more faith and trust in myself.

One thing that the pandemic has taught me is that I’m a lot more resilient than I thought I was, and I learned to be more confident in my actions.

During the pandemic I learned not to take people for granted. Enjoy your friends company, tell everyone you love them, don’t cancel your plans, and do what makes you happy. During quarantine I worked on getting more creative with lesson plans and how when I got back in person I could be a better teacher.

Something the pandemic has taught me is take advantage of this time being at home and doing stuff you couldn’t do before. It made me want to bake & cook more.  You never gonna get this much free time ever again🤪

This pandemic taught me how to truly love myself and go after what I desire - to stop holding myself back and to stop allowing others to hold me back. I have come a long way on my journey of self love and acceptance. One thing I can’t wait to do is continue growing and incorporate my love for dancing into something extraordinary 🥰

One thing I learned throughout the pandemic is to take self-care seriously.❣️It’s important to spend time doing things for yourself😌. I began doing more frequent spa nights throughout the pandemic as an act of self-care and it has been great for relieving stress!

The pandemic has taught me to value, cherish & love my things & my people while i have them. this life is SHORT, and as much as i wish forever existed i won’t get to love my things & my people forever.
